High line is a fantastic blog about changing a suburban railway into a park. This I'm guessing is yet another of their absolutely outlandishly brilliant ideas. Hope that it attracts the right kind of birds though- pigeons are not welcome (especially in the quantities usually seen in un-prepared cities
